Volunteer / Work Trade

The work exchange program is a great opportunity to contribute to the experience of attendees and participants at the Emerald Cup Harvest Ball. If that sounds like you, complete an application and join the team!

Thank you for your interest in the Work Exchange Program and in contributing to The Emerald Cup: Harvest Ball. The work exchange program plays a vital role in the experience of participants and attendees while onsite and it is our hope that it can also be a time of learning, growth, and connection for you as well.

As a part of one of the most integral teams on site, you will have the opportunity to participate in the production of this experience via supporting one of several departments directly. If you are looking to get a more in-depth look at what goes on behind the scenes of a large scale production, or are just interested in being more involved with The Emerald Cup in general, this is a fantastic way to do so. The Work Exchange Program supports many teams on site including, but not limited to: Waste Management, Box Office/Gate Management, Expo Support, Educational Stage Support, Staff Commissary, and General Information Booths for attendees. There is also the opportunity to assist with both physical Build and Breakdown of the event itself, and we are always looking for extra hands before and after the event who are ready to lend that type of support. A link to the application can be found here on this page. Please fill this out and answer all questions as well as possible and someone will be in touch with you to provide next steps soon. Don’t forget to add/ mention any special or unique skills/experience you may have that may be of use or that directly applies to The Cannabis Industry or Production in general. After you have been accepted and paid your deposit, you will be assigned shifts based on your availability and other details you have shared with us.
