Legal Medical Cannabis for 95% of the US, but what about Veterans?

Cannabis is legal, in some form or another, for approximately 95% of US  citizens, yet veterans still face multiple barriers to safe access to cannabis for their medical needs. For veterans, who work directly with the federal government to meet their medical needs, medical cannabis use and the fact that the plant remains federally illegal, often poses challenges to maintaining access to the veterans affairs services they rely upon. Additionally, veterans also find that their medical cannabis use can pose challenges to maintaining employment and rental housing. Join us for this panel that is designed to explore challenges to safe access and the next steps in overcoming these hurdles.
