Health & Safety

Dear EC Community,

We can’t wait to see you at our Harvest Ball celebration taking place on December 11-12, at the Sonoma County Fairgrounds! As you know, this year we are taking extra health and safety precautions to create a safer experience for ALL of our guests.

If you’ve been fully vaccinated, remember to bring your vaccination card (physical or digital) along with your government issued photo ID to present at the festival main gates.

If you’re unvaccinated or are not yet fully vaccinated, we ask that you take a COVID test within 72 hours of the festival (December 8th or 9th depending on the entry date on your ticket) and bring your negative test result and government issued ID when you come to the main gate.

Visit WWW.COVID19.CA.GOV for information on testing site options in California

If you are in need of COVID testing, for your convenience we are happy to offer On-Site No-Cost Covid-19 Testing Services Provided by City Testing Centers. On-Site testing will be located in Lot A, across from the Main Entrance Gate on Brookwood Avenue. Testing will be available on Friday December 10th from 8am-12pm (for those who are looking to get it out of the way before the weekend), Saturday December 11 from 9AM-7PM and on Sunday December 12 from 10AM-7PM. With or without insurance, there is no cost to you for the testing. However, if you do have health insurance, please have your card ready to present.

There is a registration process to receive your No-Cost Covid-19 test. You can register on-site, but we recommend you save time by registering in advance at the QR code below, or by visiting https://northshoreclinical.jotform.com

Registering in advance will expedite the testing process and get the party started sooner!

We know extra steps aren’t the most fun, but taking these precautions is allowing us to stay healthy and come back together again to celebrate. Check out our FAQ page here. We can’t wait to see you!
